Quashing Warrants

“If you have a Bench warrant for your arrest issued by the Quinault Tribal Court for missing a court date, you may appear in person at the Tribal Court to have it “quashed”.

 Hearings to quash Bench warrants will be held at the courthouse on Tuesdays at 10:00 am. At the hearing, you will provide the court with updated contact information, and a new court date will be issued to you.”

The Tribal Court encourages you to come in to quash your warrant.
