Yes. It is likely that the information you provided did not exactly match the information on your Tribal ID card. This may be caused by a single letter or number being incorrect. If you are an enrolled Tribal member, please submit a new registration request for review.
We are working to enable account registration for minors (under 18); however, additional work is required at this time to allow for minor accounts to be linked to parent/guardian accounts to ensure that minors obtain approval from their parent/guardian.
