Enclosed are the instructions necessary to begin the ONLINE process for Foster Care or Kinship Care with the Quinault Foster Care Program. This is a lengthy process but in the long run the benefits include: financial assistance, automatic medical coupons, one time clothing vouchers, annual recognition ceremonies or an appreciation dinner, respite care and educational trainings or activities that support creative care-giving.
