Quinault Membership Experience
- Do I have to be an enrolled Tribal member to register an account?
-
Yes. Your enrollment information will be verified by the Tribal Enrollment office. Only registration requests that exactly match your official enrollment records will be approved.
- Can I attempt to register again if my first request was denied?
-
Yes. It is likely that the information you provided did not exactly match the information on your Tribal ID card. This may be caused by a single letter or number being incorrect. If you are an enrolled Tribal member, please submit a new registration request for review.
- Why can’t I register an account for my child/dependent?
-
We are working to enable account registration for minors (under 18); however, additional work is required at this time to allow for minor accounts to be linked to parent/guardian accounts to ensure that minors obtain approval from their parent/guardian.
- If I create an account, can I use my account to fill out an application for my child?
-
Yes! You can submit any applications on the Quinault Experience site for either yourself or for your child/dependent.
- Why does each account require a unique e-mail address?
-
For security purposes, including e-mail verification, temporary passwords, password reset, and identity verification, we must ensure that each user is registered with a unique e-mail address.
- What if I don’t have a unique email address?
-
You can create an email account through any of a variety of email services, including Gmail, Microsoft, AOL, or Yahoo, among many others.
- What does registration give me access to?
-
At this time, you will be able to access a community calendar, a community newsfeed, several program applications, and the Quinault Historical Records repository. But stay tuned! More features are planned!
- Do you have step-by-step instructions for registering and logging into the Quinault Experience?
-
Yes! Please view the step-by-step instructions for registering and logging into the Quinault Experience (PDF).
